Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle guest requests professionally and efficiently
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Duties

  • Check owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues
  • Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice, and vending areas)
  • Follow up with owner/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
  • Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
