Additionally, the role supports the hotel’s food service by assisting with breakfast and the evening kickback service, which includes food preparation, guest service as a host or bartender, and general clean-up.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and perform basic office machine operations
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Must be able to work independently when required

Job Qualifications

  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
  • Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities

Job Duties

  • Serve as the happy, helpful face of the hotel to guests entering and departing
  • Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests
  • Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution
  • Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, set up, guest service as host or bartender, and clean-up
  • Present and maintain high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly service with a plus one service attitude
