The role of a Guest Service Advisor (GSA) at Lube X-press is fundamental to the company’s mission of delivering Best-in-Class Service. This full-time, non-exempt position places you at the very forefront of customer interaction, making you the face of the brand. As a Guest Service Advisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure every guest receives a fast, friendly, and honest service experience that leaves their vehicle running smoothly and their expectations exceeded. This role involves welcoming guests warmly, guiding them throughout their service visit, and using the point-of-sale system to provide accurate and personalized service recommendations based on the vehicle's make, model, and mileage. You will also play a key role in finalizing transactions accurately, overseeing the execution of oil changes and other maintenance tasks, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the shop environment.

Job Requirements

  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and use shop equipment
  • English fluency
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to grow
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
