We are currently seeking a driven Guest Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and inviting atmosphere of our guest rooms, directly impacting the overall satisfaction of our patrons. The Guest Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring each room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, including changing linens, making beds, restocking amenities, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces. This role requires a professional attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries or requests. The candidate must be capable of working independently as well as cooperatively within a team to uphold the Courtyard Rochester Downtown's reputation for excellence.

The role involves regular physical activity such as lifting up to 25 pounds, repetitive tasks of cleaning and organizing, and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
