- Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest service catering or hospitality operations
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce Monkey Media OLO and Google Workspace
- High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the guest relations and catering teams ensuring service quality and timeliness
- Manage guest inquiries and escalations ensuring prompt and professional resolution
- Supervise daily catering operations to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless event experiences
- Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency
- Handle administrative tasks related to guest relations and catering operations
