Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest service catering or hospitality operations
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Monkey Media OLO and Google Workspace
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the guest relations and catering teams ensuring service quality and timeliness
  • Manage guest inquiries and escalations ensuring prompt and professional resolution
  • Supervise daily catering operations to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless event experiences
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency
  • Handle administrative tasks related to guest relations and catering operations
