Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest relations or luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work standing and walking frequently during shifts
- Capability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
- Comfortable using computers including keyboard and mouse
- Ability to communicate comfortably in English

- Flexibility to work long hours during peak periods

Job Duties
- Research and gather data by consulting platforms, previous stays and institutional knowledge to create robust guest profiles
- Collaborate and plan actions to deliver bespoke recognition and experiences
- Confirm or allocate appropriate relationship owner to every guest
- Collect ongoing insights and clues related to special guest requests and occasions
- Identify and report imperfections and work with other departments to correct them
- Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure alignment and superior guest experience
- Maintain high standards of service and uphold luxury hotel expectations
