The role of the Guest Relations Representative at Bethany Children27s Health Center is pivotal, serving as the initial point of contact for all patients, families, and visitors. This position embodies the 22face22 of the hospital, responsible for creating a welcoming and secure environment that reflects our mission, culture, and core values. The representative is entrusted with answering all inbound calls promptly and courteously, directing callers to the appropriate departments or personnel, and managing guest check-in processes with professionalism and warmth. With shifts scheduled on Saturdays and alternating Sundays during the evenings, this role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. The Guest Relations Representative contributes significantly to the overall patient and guest experience by maintaining an orderly receptionist area and supporting hospital operations through essential clerical duties. This position not only requires a high level of customer service aptitude but also a commitment to adhering to safety protocols and hospital policies. Job Requirements

- 1+ years in customer service or hospitality role
- 1+ year in administrative, clerical, or similar role
- Ability to maintain a welcoming and safe environment

Job Duties
- Answer main telephone for hospital promptly and courteously and direct caller
- Greet, check-in and direct guests, patients and families following all safety protocol and guest experience expectations
- Perform basic clerical duties in support of hospital operations
- Maintain a welcoming and orderly receptionist area and lobby
- Other duties as assigned
