The role of Guest Relations Porter at 303 Litho is crucial to maintaining the community’s reputation for excellence in hospitality and resident care. The Guest Relations Porter serves as the initial point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, representing the face of the community with professionalism and warmth. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, front desk, and/or the hospitality industry
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • flexible schedule with weekend availability
  • excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills
  • strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly and diplomatically
  • pass drug screening and background check

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • manage packages by receiving, logging, and retrieving them for residents
  • manage complaints by addressing resident concerns and reporting them to the appropriate department for resolution
  • assist guests by providing detailed information and guidance on property amenities, local attractions, and upcoming events
  • coordinate personal shopping services and grocery deliveries upon request to enhance guest convenience and satisfaction
  • collaborate with housekeeping, cleaning, and groundskeeping teams to uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the property
  • develop a network of local contacts, service providers, and businesses to serve guests
  • notify security of any issues that you cannot resolve immediately
