Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk or guest relations management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards
- experience with financial and revenue management
- ability to train and mentor staff
- understanding of safety, health, and security regulations
- proficiency with hotel management software and computer systems
Job Duties
- Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel
- personally demonstrates a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest needs
- ensures all front desk staff are trained in front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- acts as manager on duty and manages front desk operations
- leads and assists in revenue management functions and participates in corporate and brand revenue management calls
- manages human resources functions including recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and rewards
- maintains a positive and cooperative work environment
- enforces safety and security standards and procedures
- manages preventive maintenance programs and schedules deep-cleaning activities to maintain property standards
- produces accurate financial reports on time
