The role of Guest Relations Manager, also known as Front Office Manager (FOM), is a full-time position with a starting salary of $47,000. This role is central to the hotel's operations, situated at the hub of guest interaction – the front desk. The Guest Relations Manager leads a team focused on delivering superior guest service and maintaining all brand and company standards. As the key figure driving the guest experience, the manager cultivates an environment where team cohesion and proactive, responsive service are paramount. This role requires a highly responsible and personable leader who enjoys engaging with guests and employees alike. The Guest Relations Manager not only supervises front desk operations, ensuring the efficient handling of check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests but also plays an active role in revenue management, human resources functions, safety adherence, and operational maintenance. This position demands someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads by example, mentors staff, and consistently meets or exceeds guest satisfaction goals. The opportunity for career advancement is significant, with many Guest Relations Managers progressing to Assistant General Manager roles within a few years. Concord Hospitality seeks individuals passionate about hospitality, dedicated to quality service, and eager to advance their careers within a supportive and fun culture. If you are ready to take pride in your work and be part of a team that values you, this opportunity is an excellent fit.
