Job Requirements

  • Experience in a Front Office or Housekeeping position, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns in an efficient, calm, and genuine manner
  • Positive, inclusive, genuine, innovative, engaging, and energetic personality
  • Able to be organized, manage time wisely, showcase high levels of attention to detail
  • Sensitive and inclusive to all cultural nuances
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, multilingual is a plus
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift, push, items, equipment, and packages of up to 25lbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings if necessary

Job Duties

  • Create the Aman Experience through coordination with various departments in personalizing guests visit
  • Maintain the highest quality database relating to guest history and implement guest recognition programs in line with Aman guidelines
  • Maintain clear communication between all departments within the hotel to ensure consistency, transparency, and unity
  • Assist and maintain all guest requests, comments, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Conduct physical inspection of all VIP rooms prior to arrival as necessary
  • Develop new ideas for amenity program and gifting program
  • Ensure seamless execution of amenity delivery, welcome experience, pampering guests throughout their stay, and providing guests with a warm farewell
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Ensure all general cleaning, preparation for VIP arrivals and special requests are completed on time and according to standard
  • Assist the Director of Guest Relations with any additional requirements as needed
