Job Requirements
- Experience in a Front Office or Housekeeping position, preferably in a luxury environment
- Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns in an efficient, calm, and genuine manner
- Positive, inclusive, genuine, innovative, engaging, and energetic personality
- Able to be organized, manage time wisely, showcase high levels of attention to detail
- Sensitive and inclusive to all cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, multilingual is a plus
- Excellent people skills with the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift, push, items, equipment, and packages of up to 25lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings if necessary

Job Duties
- Create the Aman Experience through coordination with various departments in personalizing guests visit
- Maintain the highest quality database relating to guest history and implement guest recognition programs in line with Aman guidelines
- Maintain clear communication between all departments within the hotel to ensure consistency, transparency, and unity
- Assist and maintain all guest requests, comments, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
- Conduct physical inspection of all VIP rooms prior to arrival as necessary
- Develop new ideas for amenity program and gifting program
- Ensure seamless execution of amenity delivery, welcome experience, pampering guests throughout their stay, and providing guests with a warm farewell
- Meet and greet guests
- Ensure all general cleaning, preparation for VIP arrivals and special requests are completed on time and according to standard
- Assist the Director of Guest Relations with any additional requirements as needed
