As part of Marriott International's renowned portfolio, The Ritz-Carlton brand is globally recognized for setting the highest standards in luxury hospitality, offering exceptional and memorable guest experiences. With over 100 award-winning hotels around the world, The Ritz-Carlton prides itself on creating an environment where associates are empowered to be creative, kind, and compassionate, fostering a culture of excellence and personalized service. This full-time, non-management position offers an opportunity hourly wage of $22.00, inviting individuals who are committed to upholding the brand's standards and contributing to the hotel’s prestigious reputation.

The role of Guest Experience Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale goes beyond typical front desk operations. The core responsibility is to build a guest experience that is unique and memorable by providing a comprehensive range of services which guide guests throughout their stay. Guest Experience Experts are proactive and empowered to take initiative, engaging in operational tasks, handling guest requests, completing reports, and highlighting notable local events and attractions, ensuring that every guest interaction adds to the overall remarkable experience. This role demands constant movement, including standing, walking for extended periods, and performing physical activities such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing items under 10 pounds without assistance.

Working at The Ritz-Carlton means embracing the "Gold Standards" that guide every action and service delivered. These standards form the foundation of the brand's operations and include commitments such as the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values. The culture at The Ritz-Carlton is one of mutual respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement, where associates' uniforms, appearance, and communication maintain a high standard of professionalism. Safety, adherence to company procedures, confidentiality, and protection of company assets are essential elements of this role.

Joining The Ritz-Carlton means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive community that values the unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences of each associate. The hotel actively promotes equal employment opportunities and embraces diversity without discrimination based on disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate but does not require previous related work or supervisor experience. There are no licensing or certification requirements for this role.

At The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale, every day is an opportunity to excel and contribute to the luxury hospitality industry while delivering exceptional service that guests will remember long after their stay. Employees receive ongoing training in the brand's Gold Standards and receive the support needed to take pride in their individual and team accomplishments.
