Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service at all times
- Greet visitors with welcoming demeanor and follow Museum scripts
- Educate customers on products and sell memberships and programs
- Operate point-of-sale system and complete transactions accurately
- Maintain cash control and ensure proper money handling
- Open and complete end-of-day closing procedures
- Keep lobby and ticket desk clean and restocked
- Monitor guest entrance and exit for safety and security
- Support celebrations and events with high standard of excellence
- Perform all other duties as assigned
