Job Duties

  • Assist in identifying, researching, and contacting potential guests suitable for the show's themes and objectives
  • Communicate with guests, including scheduling, logistics, and accommodations
  • Collaborate with the guest booking team to ensure seamless arrangements and adherence to show requirements
  • Assist with guest transportation
  • Assist with booking makeup artists for tapings
  • Provide support in any area needed in the Guest Relations department
  • Data entry and file management

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with guests, audience members, and stakeholders
  • Liaise with talent agents, publicists, and other industry contacts to enhance guest participation and audience engagement
  • Coordinate all aspects of the live audience experience, including seating, check-in, and guidance throughout the event
  • Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for audience members attending the show
  • Collect and analyze audience feedback to continually improve their experience
  • Assist in audience engagement strategies, including social media interactions, promotions, and contests to boost audience involvement
  • Provide support with events or special segments involving both guests and the live audience
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events, adhering to timelines and requirements
