The Guest Relations & Audience Coordinator is a vital member of the production team responsible for managing all aspects of guest and audience coordination to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone involved. The Coordinator works closely with various departments including guest booking, production, and talent management, ensuring guests’ arrivals, accommodations, and participation are handled professionally and promptly.

In this role, the coordinator will assist with identifying and inviting high-profile as well as suitable guests that align with the show’s themes and objectives. They will handle communications pertaining to scheduling, travel arrangements, and any special accommodations, including transportation and makeup artist bookings. In addition to guest management, this position requires precision in administrative support tasks such as data entry and file management.

Furthermore, the coordinator is responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with guests, audience members, talent agents, and publicists. They oversee the live audience experience by managing seating, check-in, and providing assistance throughout the event to create a welcoming and organized atmosphere. Job Duties
