Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
- enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- ability to juggle multiple priorities
- work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader
- demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers
- proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Welcome residents, families, new employees, and vendors upon entrance
- act as the point of reference for residents and families who need assistance or information
- monitor visitor access and immediately report any concerns to the Executive Director
- ensure first-impression standards for residents and visitors in the entryway and common areas
- participate in and support the team in meeting resident needs
- prepare tour folders for prospects and walk-in tours
- perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- answer calls, assess callers' needs, forward calls to the appropriate personnel
- assist to ensure customer needs are met appropriately and quickly
