Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader
  • demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
  • maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers
  • proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Welcome residents, families, new employees, and vendors upon entrance
  • act as the point of reference for residents and families who need assistance or information
  • monitor visitor access and immediately report any concerns to the Executive Director
  • ensure first-impression standards for residents and visitors in the entryway and common areas
  • participate in and support the team in meeting resident needs
  • prepare tour folders for prospects and walk-in tours
  • perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • answer calls, assess callers' needs, forward calls to the appropriate personnel
  • assist to ensure customer needs are met appropriately and quickly
