Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus

Job Duties

Welcome and greet guests as they enter the restaurant
Manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
Communicate with guests to provide information and answer questions
Coordinate with the serving team to ensure timely seating and service
Manage guest flow during busy periods to maintain a positive experience
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with reservations and inquiries as needed
