Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating flow
- Coordinate with hosting and service staff to ensure timely seating and smooth table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
- Assist in managing large groups or special events as needed
- Promote Buffalo Wild Wings’ promotions and services to enhance guest experience
