Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and remain energetic throughout shifts
  • reliable and punctual
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environments

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to connect with people and make guests feel welcomed
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred but not required
  • capable of managing high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
  • team player with a positive attitude
  • basic knowledge of reservation and seating management systems

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, manage the reservation system efficiently during peak hours, organize seating arrangements to optimize guest flow, communicate effectively with hosts and servers to coordinate seating, maintain a clean and inviting reception area, assist guests with special requests or concerns, facilitate smooth guest transitions during busy periods
