The Sales Gallery/Guest Reception Agent plays a vital role within the Sales and Marketing Departments. As the first point of contact, this position is responsible for providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience at every interaction. The Agent supports the sales process by managing various administrative duties efficiently and consistently, including setting and updating Sales Executive rotations daily, checking guests in for presentations, and assigning Sales Executives with accurate codes. Additionally, the Agent handles communication responsibilities by answering all phone calls and directing them to the appropriate extensions, and also tracks attendance for daily operations and training sessions.
This role demands a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. The Sales Gallery/Guest Reception Agent is also tasked with inventory management duties, ensuring that kitchen supplies including food, beverages, and cleaning materials are well stocked. The Agent assists with nightly reconciliations for premiums and willingly undertakes any reasonable requests from management, demonstrating adaptability and a team-oriented mindset.

- 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry
- Detailed understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations
Job Duties
- Set and update the various Sales Executive rotations daily and any specialty rotations on the effective dates
- Check in guests and owners for their sales presentation and assign appropriate Sales Executives with accurate codes
- Answer all phone calls and direct to the appropriate extension number
- Track daily attendance and training attendance
- Take inventory and stock all kitchen supplies including but not limited to food, coffee, juice, paper good/cleaning supplies, and soda
- Assist with extra premiums for all departments and reconciles nightly
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management of which a team member is capable of performing
