Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • previous front desk or resort experience preferred or 6 months related experience
  • must possess valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing
  • ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs)
  • ability to perform close and color vision tasks
  • availability for variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must complete and pay for TIPS certification as required by state law
  • must perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Qualifications

  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • previous front desk or resort experience preferred
  • proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation, and electronic mail
  • working knowledge of SMS systems
  • ability to use two-way radios
  • possession of valid U.S. driver’s license
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong task management and leadership abilities
  • training for intervention procedures (TIPS) certification

Job Duties

  • elevate the guest experience with a polished and inviting front desk presence
  • deliver world-class hospitality aligned with Forbes luxury service standards
  • anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively
  • perform precise and efficient check-ins and check-outs including group coordination
  • assist guests with recommendations and reservations for resort activities
  • organize and communicate effectively with bell staff, concierge, and switchboard
  • resolve guest concerns professionally and discretely
