You will coordinate with bell staff, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, embodying the highest hospitality standards. Furthermore, the Front Desk Agent supports Sundance's sustainability initiatives by educating guests about environmental efforts and land preservation policies. This role is physically active, requiring standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
