Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months related experience in hospitality or front desk operations
- Ability to stand for 4+ hours per shift
- Ability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Close and color vision required
- Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must maintain professionalism and discretion when handling guest concerns
Job Qualifications
- Must perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations for disabilities
- TIPS certification for onsite alcohol service
- Excellent organizational, communication, task management, and leadership skills
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Experience with Springer Miller System helpful
- Resort experience preferred or minimum 6 months related experience
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation, and electronic mail
- Knowledge of SMS
- Ability to use 2-way radios for communication
- Valid U.S. drivers license in good standing
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Elevate the guest experience by providing a polished and inviting front desk presence
- Deliver warm, personalized service in line with Forbes luxury service guidelines
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively
- Warmly greet and thank guests upon arrival and departure
- Perform precise and efficient check-ins and check-outs for resort guests
- Coordinate group arrivals and departures seamlessly
- Handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
