Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months related experience in hospitality or front desk operations
  • Ability to stand for 4+ hours per shift
  • Ability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally up to 100 lbs
  • Close and color vision required
  • Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must maintain professionalism and discretion when handling guest concerns

Job Qualifications

  • Must perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations for disabilities
  • TIPS certification for onsite alcohol service
  • Excellent organizational, communication, task management, and leadership skills
  • Previous front desk experience preferred
  • Experience with Springer Miller System helpful
  • Resort experience preferred or minimum 6 months related experience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation, and electronic mail
  • Knowledge of SMS
  • Ability to use 2-way radios for communication
  • Valid U.S. drivers license in good standing
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Elevate the guest experience by providing a polished and inviting front desk presence
  • Deliver warm, personalized service in line with Forbes luxury service guidelines
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively
  • Warmly greet and thank guests upon arrival and departure
  • Perform precise and efficient check-ins and check-outs for resort guests
  • Coordinate group arrivals and departures seamlessly
  • Handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
