The Guest Experience Supervisor role at SEALIFE Minnesota represents an exciting leadership opportunity within Merlin Entertainments. This position is crucial in maintaining the high standards of guest care, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive atmosphere among team members and guests alike. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will lead by example on the attraction floor, engaging directly with both guests and staff to provide shoulder-to-shoulder leadership. Your responsibilities include motivating and coaching team members, delivering daily briefings, supporting daily operations, and upholding the highest levels of presentation and safety. You will play an active role in empowering the team to handle service recovery moments with confidence while continuously looking for opportunities to enhance guest experiences.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.00 and is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will be an integral part of a team that values innovation, openness to new ideas, and a commitment to creating memorable visits for guests. Additionally, you will assist with scheduling, training, and provide performance support, along with the opportunity to take on Duty Manager shifts overseeing attraction-wide operations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a guest-facing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Calm confident approach in a busy high-energy setting
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • Sales awareness and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with POS or computerized systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
