The role of Guest Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation is a hospitality-driven, highly visible position that involves being the first and last impression for guests, making it an essential component of the Signature experience. This role requires a warm, professional, and attentive approach to ensure every guest and crew member receives exceptional and memorable service. Whether greeting VIP travelers, assisting flight crews, or coordinating various services behind the scenes, the Guest Experience Specialist must maintain grace under pressure and meticulous attention to detail. This position involves working in both indoor and outdoor settings, often near active aircraft and ground service equipment, which requires flexibility to accommodate varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum age 18 years
- Ability to pass company background and drug tests
- Meet airport security badge requirements
- Legal authorization to work
- Good judgment and ability to follow directions
- Preferred ability to operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least one year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, airport security checks, and be insurable
- Legal authorization to work in the employment jurisdiction
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Proficiency with telephone, radio, email, and text communications

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews while escorting them to their destinations
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and external parties
- Process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately
- Provide concierge services including reservations and transportation arrangements
- Resolve guest inquiries, billing disputes, and concerns
- Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and surrounding areas
- Monitor flights and coordinate services using system management tools
- Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and keep spaces clean
- Promote and sell company services and products
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation requests
- Ensure security procedures and protocols are followed
- Stop work and report unsafe conditions
- Abide by emergency response procedures
- Create accurate records of activities and services performed
- Use contact management system to personalize guest experiences
- Assist Airside Experience team with operational tasks
- Support airlines with passenger service functions when needed
