Job Description

Signature Aviation is the world's largest global network of private aviation terminals, with more than 225 locations worldwide. As a premier hospitality organization and a certified Great Place to Work, the company is dedicated to redefining private air travel by delivering safe, convenient, and elevated experiences. Signature Aviation's nearly 6,000-strong team consists of aviation experts and enthusiasts who are committed to providing excellence and outstanding service to guests and the communities it serves. The organization emphasizes taking care of its team members by offering a variety of benefits, programs, and resources that support overall well-being and professional development. Its culture promotes volunteerism and giving back, focusing on uplifting the neighborhoods where it operates, empowering future aviation professionals, and supporting veterans.

As a Guest Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation, you play a crucial role as the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring their visits are smooth, comfortable, and memorable. This hospitality-driven and highly visible position requires professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional moments for VIP travelers, flight crews, and other visitors. The role demands grace under pressure and meticulous attention to detail, as you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, coordinating services, and supporting flight crews. Your pride in service directly reflects the high standards that Signature Aviation is known for.

This dynamic, hands-on role requires flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to operate in indoor and outdoor environments often near active aircraft and ground service equipment. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will collaborate closely with team members and communicate effectively with guests and external parties to ensure the timely and professional handling of services. Your duties range from greeting and escorting guests, managing concierge services such as hotel and transportation reservations, processing purchases and transactions, to ensuring that facilities and amenities are maintained to the highest standard. You also contribute to maintaining security by identifying crewmembers and visitors in compliance with security protocols and adhering to emergency response procedures during critical events.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and who possess excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and demonstrate critical thinking is essential for success. Additionally, knowledge of company software systems and the capacity to complete training programs efficiently is required. If you are passionate about delivering thoughtful, personalized service and being part of a high-end hospitality team in the aviation industry, Signature Aviation provides an exceptional environment to grow and excel.
