Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year customer experience-related work preferred
  • valid state driver’s license
  • minimum 18 years of age
  • pass background checks, drug tests, and airport security requirements
  • legally authorized to work
  • follow directions from management
  • prefer ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • high School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • at least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred
  • must possess a valid state driver’s license
  • minimum of 18 years of age
  • ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
  • must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from management
  • ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred
  • excellent guest service skills with an energetic and outgoing personality
  • ability to communicate clearly in English in person, by phone, radio, and in writing
  • ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to perform simple arithmetic
  • able to use telephone, fax, two-way radio, email, and text messaging
  • strong critical thinking and reasoning ability
  • excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • proficiency in computer use and company software

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to the entrance, aircraft, or vehicles
  • collaborate closely with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure prompt and correct service handling
  • accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
  • provide concierge services such as arranging hotel stays, transportation, catering, and customs appointments
  • manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries, resolve requests, and handle billing disputes
  • maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and local information to assist guests
  • monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team using real-time system management
  • maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and ensure cleanliness
  • promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
  • assist with luggage, provide transportation for guests, and fulfill special requests
  • identify individuals in accordance with security procedures
  • observe safety protocols and stop work if unsafe conditions arise
  • comply with emergency response procedures
  • enforce all security protocols
  • create accurate records of work performed
  • use the company contact management system to update customer preferences
  • assist the Airside Experience team with aircraft-related services
  • assist airlines with passenger services as needed
