Further responsibilities include explaining game rules clearly, managing guest check-ins, coordinating game start times efficiently with Team Leaders, handling reservation bookings accurately, and providing consistent, welcoming communication. The Guest Experience Specialist must be capable of adapting to a lively and sometimes fast-paced environment, engaging guests with open body language and conversational questions to maintain a friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere throughout their visit.
Additionally, The Escape Game prioritizes problem-solving and service recovery as essential parts of the Guest Experience Specialist's role. Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to handle physical activity such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time about 75-80% of your shift
- Align with TEG's Uniform Standards
