This role is dynamic and hands-on, demanding flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. It also requires comfort operating in both indoor and outdoor environments, often near active aircraft and ground service equipment. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments near active aircraft
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to handle luggage and equipment
  • professionalism and a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • strong attention to detail
  • flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of aviation operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet guests and flight crews with professionalism and warmth
  • coordinate and support various guest services to ensure smooth operations
  • manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • assist with luggage handling and transportation logistics as needed
  • maintain communication with team members to provide seamless service
  • handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • uphold safety and security protocols in operational areas
