As a Guest Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation, you are often the first and last impression our guests have—making you an essential part of the Signature Aviation experience. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform duties in indoor and outdoor environments
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • physical ability to be near active aircraft and ground equipment
  • willingness to uphold company service standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to maintain grace under pressure and multitask effectively
  • knowledge of aviation operations is a plus
  • strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

Job Duties
