This renowned hospitality organization prides itself on redefining private air travel through exceptional service, a dedication to safety, and a rich company culture recognized as a Great Place to Work™. The foundation of Signature's success is its nearly 6,000-strong team of aviation experts and enthusiasts who bring passion, professionalism, and personalized care to every guest interaction. The company is deeply invested in the well-being and professional growth of its employees, offering a comprehensive range of benefits, development programs, and resources. Additionally, Signature Aviation emphasizes community involvement, volunteering efforts, and support programs focused on uplifting local neighborhoods, empowering future aviation professionals, and honoring veterans.
The role of Guest Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation is pivotal to the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional guest service. Often representing Signature Aviation as the welcoming face, the Guest Experience Specialist interacts regularly with guests, crew members, and coworkers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. This position requires an individual committed to creating outstanding experiences by consistently providing reliable service and adding value through proactive guest engagement. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including greeting guests and crews at arrival points, escorting them to aircraft or vehicles, and managing a wide array of concierge services such as hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering arrangements, and customs appointments. A Guest Experience Specialist acts as an essential liaison coordinating between different internal teams, external vendors, and customers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
This position requires working in variable environmental conditions, including exposure to extreme temperatures, jet engine fumes, dust, and noise. The candidate must be flexible with work schedules, including the availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Some duties involve outdoor work near moving aircraft and safety-sensitive operations, demanding strict adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities further encompass operational tasks such as processing guest purchases, assisting with financial record keeping, monitoring flight arrivals and departures, and coordinating services via real-time system management tools. The Guest Experience Specialist will also play a vital role in security procedures, emergency response compliance, and promotion of Signature’s products and services to guests. They must demonstrate effective multitasking abilities in a fast-paced aviation environment, superior communication skills, and a steadfast focus on guest satisfaction. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.31 per hour, varying based on factors like skill set, shift, and experience. Overall, this role is ideal for individuals with strong hospitality skills who thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences within the private aviation industry.
