The role of Guest Experience Specialist at SVG Motors embodies the heart of customer interaction — a hybrid of hospitality and automotive service, with meaningful responsibility well beyond typical dealership duties. It is a full-time position offering a base salary of $800 per week supplemented by a performance bonus program that rewards excellent customer service and vehicle condition standards. Employees will be active facilitators of the SVG brand, ensuring every customer leaves the dealership delighted by the experience and confident with their new vehicle.
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will greet and welcome guests with warmth and intention, communicate SVG’s unique value, oversee vehicle delivery and quality control, and maintain facility standards. You act as the last human touchpoint for customers, guaranteeing their vehicle is delivered in perfect condition, complete with thorough orientation on all features and technologies. You will also shoulder responsibilities such as conducting pre-delivery inspections and ensuring the lot is impeccably maintained with well-staged, clean, and priced vehicles.
This role demands exceptional attention to detail and pride in ownership, where issues are identified and resolved before they impact the customer. You will work alongside sales professionals but without engaging in sales or negotiations, focusing instead on creating memorable positive experiences that customers share with their networks. Your ability to make guests feel comfortable immediately and attentively ensures SVG Motors maintains its reputation for outstanding service.
The position operates during hours spanning Monday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm and Friday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm, with carefully staggered schedules to ensure peak times have full coverage. SVG Motors values candidates who come from hospitality, customer service, automotive, or related fields, and while automotive experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The emphasis is on a genuine, confident approach and an eagerness to adhere strictly to SVG’s processes and delivery standards.
The compensation package includes a base salary of $41,600 annually with performance bonuses that can boost total earnings to between $55,000 and $65,000 or more per year. Bonuses are tied to customer delivery ratings and vehicle condition return rates, incentivizing excellence and consistency. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- previous experience in hospitality customer service automotive or related field
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to perform vehicle inspections and quality control
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- willingness to work Monday to Saturday within posted hours
- ability to learn and adhere to established SVG processes
- background check clearance

- conduct full pre-delivery inspection on every sold unit
- ensure no vehicle leaves without your sign-off
- drive used vehicles before and after service appointments documenting condition
- complete lot ready inspections on every vehicle before frontline placement
- flag condition changes damage or missing items before returning vehicles to inventory or customers
- ensure photos pricing review and window stickers are confirmed on every lot-ready unit
- perform daily lot walks maintaining cleanliness staging and pricing
- maintain detail supply inventory and recon bay organization
