Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- previous experience in hospitality customer service automotive or related field
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to perform vehicle inspections and quality control
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- willingness to work Monday to Saturday within posted hours
- ability to learn and adhere to established SVG processes
- background check clearance

- detail-oriented in a way others find excessive
- takes ownership and addresses issues proactively
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- background in hospitality customer service automotive or guest-facing roles
- willingness to execute SVG Phoenix Process and Delivery Checklist exactly
- automotive experience is welcome but not required
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Welcome every guest who walks through our doors with intention not a script
- tell the SVG story who we are how we're different and why it matters
- make sure no one waits alone feels ignored or leaves without understanding SVG is unique
- offer water or coffee escort guests to the right person and make the wait effortless
- create experiences that encourage referrals without engaging in sales or negotiations
- stand in at every vehicle delivery alongside sales professionals
- walk customers through a complete vehicle orientation using the SVG delivery checklist
- connect customer phones via Bluetooth and explain connected services apps
- obtain signed customer confirmation of vehicle condition and delivery completion
- present the Google review QR code at every delivery
- conduct full pre-delivery inspection on every sold unit
- ensure no vehicle leaves without your sign-off
- drive used vehicles before and after service appointments documenting condition
- complete lot ready inspections on every vehicle before frontline placement
- flag condition changes damage or missing items before returning vehicles to inventory or customers
- ensure photos pricing review and window stickers are confirmed on every lot-ready unit
- perform daily lot walks maintaining cleanliness staging and pricing
- maintain detail supply inventory and recon bay organization
- coordinate vehicle readiness timelines with sales and service
