The role of Guest Experience Specialist at SVG Motors is a unique and multifaceted position that goes beyond typical dealership jobs. This full-time role combines the responsibilities of guest welcoming, vehicle delivery support, quality control, and lot management, making it a vital part of the customer journey and overall dealership success. The position offers a base salary of $800 per week, equivalent to approximately $41,600 annually, complemented by a monthly performance bonus. Bonuses are awarded based on guest delivery satisfaction ratings and vehicle condition return rates, allowing top performers to earn between $55,000 and $65,000 or more annually.

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the face of SVG Motors for many customers, serving as both the initial and final point of contact during their visit. Your duties include warmly welcoming each guest and delivering the SVG Motors story in a way that resonates personally, ensuring no visitor feels overlooked or unwelcome. You will assist with vehicle deliveries by guiding customers through a comprehensive orientation, covering everything from exterior inspection to technology setup. Your role also involves conducting meticulous pre-delivery inspections to maintain the highest standards of vehicle quality, preventing any issues from reaching the customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving used cars before and after service appointments, completing lot-ready vehicle inspections, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot and facilities. This careful attention to detail ensures that every vehicle appears its best and meets stringent quality benchmarks before being presented to prospective buyers.

The position requires a blend of hospitality and automotive skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal warmth, confidence, and meticulous attention to detail. Though automotive experience is appreciated, it is not mandatory; the right attitude and willingness to learn the SVG Phoenix Process and Delivery Checklist are essential. The Guest Experience Specialist must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and ideally possess a background in customer service, hospitality, or any guest-facing role.

The schedule is designed to provide full coverage during business hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Two specialists share these hours to ensure peak times are fully staffed, particularly weekday afternoons and Saturdays. SVG Motors offers thorough training to help new hires excel and become integral to delivering a consistent and outstanding guest experience. Job Requirements

  • connect customers' phones via bluetooth and explain connected services
  • conduct full pre-delivery inspections on every sold vehicle
  • drive used vehicles before and after service appointments to document condition
  • complete lot ready inspections ensuring vehicles are clean well priced and properly staged
  • perform daily lot walks to maintain facility standards
  • coordinate vehicle readiness timelines with sales and service teams
