Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- availability to work monday through saturday including afternoons and saturdays
- prior experience in customer service hospitality or automotive preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- willingness to undergo training and adhere to company standards

Job Duties
- welcome every guest who walks through our doors with intention not a script
- tell the svg story who we are how we are different and why it matters
- make sure no one waits alone or feels ignored when sales professionals are busy with other customers
- offer water or coffee escort guests to the right person and make the wait effortless
- create positive customer experiences that encourage word-of-mouth referrals
- stand in at every vehicle delivery alongside the sales professional
- walk customers through complete vehicle orientations using the svg delivery checklist
- connect customers' phones via bluetooth and explain connected services
- conduct full pre-delivery inspections on every sold vehicle
- drive used vehicles before and after service appointments to document condition
- complete lot ready inspections ensuring vehicles are clean well priced and properly staged
- perform daily lot walks to maintain facility standards
- coordinate vehicle readiness timelines with sales and service teams
