Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of aviation or airport operations advantageous
Job Qualifications
