The role of Guest Experience Server at Puttshack is central to delivering the venue's promise of outstanding hospitality. The Guest Experience Server is responsible for greeting guests with a warm smile, taking and delivering orders accurately, addressing special dietary needs, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Training includes successful completion of alcohol awareness certification, and all associates are expected to comply with company policies while contributing to a team-oriented work environment.
