Job Requirements
- Ability to work both outdoors and indoors under varying weather conditions
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of one year food service experience
- Strong oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in tray handling and balanced service
- Ability to multitask efficiently

Job Duties
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests
- Support guests in menu selection with engaging stories about food and drink
- Coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages through the point-of-sales system
- Verify kitchen orders and promptly deliver items to ensure quality
- Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and address concerns
- Process guest payments accurately including cash and credit transactions
- Set up and organize tables and seating areas professionally
- Engage respectfully with co-workers and supervisors
- Perform additional tasks as directed
- Assist with Food & Beverage responsibilities during peak periods
