Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- six months of server experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- must read, write, and understand English fluently
- flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- preferred experience in full-service or upscale casual dining
- comfort in discussing food, wine, and the Wine Club program
- genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork
- ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours
- fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- arrive prepared and dressed in proper uniform standards
- familiarize with the menu, wine list, and service procedures
- accurately use the POS system for payments
- understand the benefits and offerings of the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club
- follow checklists and standard operating procedures for opening, mid-shift, and closing
- pitch in to help your team wherever necessary
- deliver food and drinks swiftly and with care
- adhere to legal guidelines for alcohol service
- proactively solve problems to enhance guest experience
- communicate effectively and collaborate with team
- anticipate needs of guests and team members
- maintain clear communication with kitchen, hosts, runners, bartenders, and management
- help team stay organized and focused on guest service
- greet every guest warmly and personalize interactions
- answer questions thoughtfully and offer genuine recommendations
- share knowledge about the Wine Club and encourage membership
- discover small ways to delight guests
- introduce wine tastings to enhance dining experience
- represent the brand with a friendly and engaging personality
