Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in performance, entertainment, or related fields preferred
- Ability to engage and entertain diverse guest demographics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform active duties outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude in high-energy environments
- Passionate about guest service and creating memorable experiences
Job Qualifications
- High-energy, outgoing personality with ability to entertain and lead groups
- Comfortable performing, singing, and speaking in front of large crowds and on camera
- Previous experience in performance, camp counseling, or social media content creation is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to improvise in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain active and energetic in an outdoor waterpark setting for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fun and engaging environment
Job Duties
- Lead and facilitate high-energy interactive activities and games for children and families
- Engage with guests in attraction lines through entertainment, quick-fire trivia, and maintaining a lively atmosphere
- Encourage crowd participation in daily events to ensure inclusive fun
- Serve as a recurring face for the park’s social media channels by participating in trends, interviews, and promotional videos
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas
- Roam designated park zones to create spontaneous guest interactions and small-scale entertainment
- Manage setup, execution, and breakdown of entertainment props, sound equipment, and prize distribution
- Ensure safety and adherence to park policies during all activities
