As a company, Legends Global operates with a white-label approach that ensures its partners—ranging from some of the world's most prestigious live events to high-profile venues and world-class brands—remain at the forefront of entertainment and hospitality experiences. The company’s impressive portfolio includes a network of approximately 450 venues worldwide that host about 20,000 events annually, drawing in over 165 million guests. This extensive reach is supported by their expertise spanning feasibility consulting, owner’s representation, venue management, merchandising, partnerships, hospitality, and content booking for high-level live entertainment and sporting events. The culture at Legends Global values respect, collaboration, bold thinking, and an inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive, be authentic, and grow their careers. The company’s commitment to excellence and winning as a unified team defines its internal ethos and work environment.

The role of Guest Experience Representative is integral to Legends Global’s mission of delivering world-class customer service and hospitality, specifically at the iconic U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This part-time, hourly position, governed by a union agreement with Teamsters Local 638, offers a competitive pay rate of $17.75 per hour. Employed in the Guest Experience department and reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, the representative is responsible for ensuring every guest’s visit is positive, comfortable, and safe, through effective communication and hospitality principles.

U.S. Bank Stadium is a premier multi-purpose stadium with a seating capacity exceeding 66,000, hosting a diverse array of events including Minnesota Vikings NFL games, concerts, family shows, college and high school sports, conventions, trade expos, community activities, corporate meetings, private celebrations, and guided tours. Since its opening in 2016, the stadium has served over 10.3 million guests across 2,000 events. As a front-line representative, the Guest Experience Representative acts as the welcoming face of the stadium. Their role involves greeting guests, verifying tickets, assisting with directions within the stadium and to surrounding amenities such as plazas and light rails, and responding promptly to guest requests or complaints to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Additionally, representatives maintain a strong awareness of stadium layouts, seating arrangements, emergency procedures, and key personnel. They enforce stadium policies and league regulations conscientiously, support emergency response actions including evacuations, and coordinate with various stadium departments such as security, police, food service, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and safety. The physical demands of this role require standing for long periods, walking extensive distances, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 45 pounds in a fast-paced, crowded environment with exposure to varying weather conditions. This position demands professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Availability to work all Minnesota Vikings home games and major stadium events is mandatory.

Overall, the Guest Experience Representative position at Legends Global offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a winning team in a vibrant, dynamic venue.
