Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. The franchisee operates as a separate company and employer, independent of McDonald's USA, which means all employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, which maintains no involvement in the employment process or decisions. This setup provides a unique chance to work in a globally recognized brand's environment while experiencing the culture and autonomy of an independent local business.

The role offered is for a Guest Experience Leader, designed to meet the needs of individuals seeking part-time employment that can flexibly fit around personal ambitions such as pursuing education or building new skills. The position allows you to choose working hours typically between 8am and 8pm, giving a chance to balance work with personal life efficiently. This role is ideal for those who enjoy engaging with people, learning in a dynamic work environment, and delivering excellent customer service. A Guest Experience Leader at this restaurant is charged with creating feel-good moments daily by greeting guests warmly, assisting them with orders and kiosks, helping those who need a little extra support, and ensuring all guests, especially children, are delighted with their experience. Additionally, this role requires handling customer concerns effectively and communicating feedback and recommendations with the restaurant team to continually enhance service quality.

Working as a Guest Experience Leader here means becoming part of a team that values energy, purpose, and positive customer interactions. The role is positioned as 'America’s best first job,' emphasizing opportunities for personal growth, development, and future advancement. The franchisee provides extensive benefits, including competitive pay, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with matching contributions, and paid time off. Moreover, employees can access educational programs like Archways to Opportunity which offers high school completion programs, college tuition assistance, and English language classes. Employees also enjoy perks such as discount programs and free or discounted meals. This employer supports a culture that is supportive, inclusive, and committed to fostering a workplace where employees can thrive and move forward in their careers. This position is open to candidates aged 16 or older and comes with a promise of training and growth support to help employees succeed and enjoy their work.

Whether you are seeking your first job or a flexible part-time role that fits around your other commitments, this Guest Experience Leader position offers a fulfilling experience with a supportive team and a well-known brand. The role invites you to be yourself, contribute to a positive customer environment, and develop valuable skills that will serve you well beyond this job.
