This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. The franchisee operates as a separate company and employer, independent of McDonald's USA, which means all employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work between 8am and 8pm

Job Duties
- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
- Checking with guests once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied or to see if they need anything else
- Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- Handling any concerns from guests
- Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
