This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Although affiliated through the use of McDonald's branding, this franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA, serving as the sole employer responsible for all employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Duties
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- offer help with using the ordering kiosks
- offer assistance to those in need of extra help
- check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction or offer further assistance
- ensure kids receive a kid treat
- handle any customer concerns
- communicate with restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
