Job Description

This job posting is for a position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. While this franchisee operates under the McDonald's brand, it is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald's USA. Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled exclusively by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not control employment matters at this location and is not involved in any hiring decisions for this restaurant.

This role is for a Guest Experience Leader at the franchisee-operated McDonald's restaurant. This position offers part-time employment with flexible hours between 8am and 8pm to suit your life and ambitions. The Guest Experience Leader plays a key role in creating feel-good moments for customers through friendly interaction, assisting with ordering kiosks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a positive dining experience. You'll be contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment where your attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued.

The position emphasizes personal growth and development, allowing you to pursue education, build job skills, and advance within the company. Employees have access to valuable benefits including college tuition assistance, high school completion programs, and English language courses. The franchise focuses on building a supportive team environment where staff members are encouraged to succeed and feel energized by their work.

Working here means choosing a schedule that fits your life, gaining invaluable customer service skills, and being part of a team that wants to say yes to each day with energy and purpose. You will greet guests, assist with ordering, ensure satisfaction, and handle any concerns with professionalism and care. The restaurant promotes a culture where employees can be themselves, pursue their goals, and enjoy a range of benefits designed to support work-life balance and career growth.

Whether you are looking for your first job or a role that aligns with your current ambitions, this Guest Experience Leader opportunity offers a flexible and rewarding experience. Benefits include flexible scheduling posted two weeks in advance, accrued paid time off for vacations and sick days, and participation in high school diploma programs at no cost. Additionally, employees can earn up to $2,500 annually for college education with no strings attached, with partnerships at four different colleges offering tuition-free education. Crew members also gain access to employee discounts from numerous companies such as Canon, Apple, and Beats by Dre.

The franchise also values team spirit and healthy competition between stores, with rewards like pizza parties, dinners, gift cards, and bragging rights as some of the perks. Free employee meals every shift plus 30 percent off meals on days off are further benefits provided. This role is ideal for those who want a job that fits their life, offers growth potential, and values their contributions. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to apply. The franchisee alone is responsible for employment decisions and privacy matters.
