This specific McDonald's restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Therefore, if hired, you will be employed directly by this franchisee, which means all employment decisions will be managed by them. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment decisions or operations at the restaurant level. This independence provides the franchisee with the flexibility to tailor operations and staffing to meet local needs.
