Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that operates under a licensed McDonald's franchise owned and managed independently from McDonald's USA. This means the restaurant uses McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, but functions as its own business entity with distinct management and staffing procedures. The franchisee, not McDonald's USA, is the direct employer responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and other employment-related decisions. This restaurant embraces the spirit of McDonald's – serving quality food with exceptional customer experiences – while fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment tailored to the needs of its employees.

The position available is for a Guest Experience Leader, a role designed for individuals who value working in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere and who enjoy engaging with customers to create positive interactions. The restaurant seeks energetic and motivated team members who want to work flexible hours that fit their life and ambitions. This role is ideal for those looking for part-time work that can accommodate other priorities such as education or personal development. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be at the forefront of delivering memorable customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with ordering kiosks, and ensuring customers receive all they need for an enjoyable dining experience.

The role offers more than just employment; it provides a chance to develop valuable skills and grow within an environment that encourages personal and professional advancement. There are opportunities to work within various shifts from 8 am to 8 pm, allowing you to choose hours that suit your lifestyle. The franchise also supports educational pursuits through programs like Archways to Opportunity, which includes options for completing a high school diploma, college tuition assistance, and English as a Second Language classes. This commitment to employee growth underscores the company’s position as America’s best first job, aiming to build futures and careers one guest experience at a time.

Employee benefits include competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, and unpaid leaves of absence. Additionally, employees receive discounts on meals and access to various other employee programs designed to enhance their overall work experience and well-being. Working here means joining a team committed to service excellence and continuous improvement, where you can make a difference every day by creating 'feel-good' moments for customers and collaborating in a friendly, supportive work culture.

By becoming a Guest Experience Leader, you’re not just taking a job; you are embarking on a journey toward personal achievement and career progression in an environment that celebrates and rewards hard work and dedication. Whether you are starting your career path or seeking a supportive part-time position, this franchise-driven McDonald's restaurant offers a platform to gain exceptional skills, meet great people, and enjoy a work-life balance that respects your individual needs and aspirations.
