This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products to operate the restaurant, but operates as its own separate company and employer. Job Duties
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- Offer help with using the ordering kiosks
- Provide assistance to those in need of extra hands
- Check with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure kids receive a kid treat
- Handle any guest concerns
- Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
