Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products to operate the restaurant, but operates as its own separate company and employer. Employment decisions including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are fully managed by the franchisee without any involvement from McDonald's USA. This ensures local control and a unique work culture tailored by the franchisee. This restaurant is part of the globally recognized McDonald's brand which is synonymous with fast and friendly service, popular menu items, and a welcoming environment for guests of all ages.

The role on offer is the position of Guest Experience Leader within this franchisee-operated McDonald's restaurant. The Guest Experience Leader is a vital member of the restaurant team, primarily responsible for creating positive and memorable moments for every guest. The ideal candidate should enjoy engaging with people, have a passion for customer service and be eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position offers flexible scheduling options, making it suitable for individuals balancing other commitments such as school or other jobs. The starting pay ranges from $20.63 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience, indicating the restaurant's investment in quality guest service and rewarding passionate employees.

As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be the face of the restaurant, greeting customers with warmth, assisting them in navigating ordering kiosks, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Your role includes checking in regularly with customers after they receive their food, making sure they are satisfied, responding to any concerns promptly, and making each visit pleasant especially for families with children. Through effective communication with other team members, you will help foster a collaborative atmosphere that continually improves the guest experience. The position is hourly and part-time, fitting perfectly for those looking for meaningful employment that supports their life goals and aspirations.

This position stands out for offering more than just a job; it is a platform to develop valuable skills such as customer service, teamwork, and communication, with opportunities for growth supported by tuition assistance programs, high school completion programs, and language courses. The franchisee is committed to making this role accessible for young employees aged 16 and above, opening doors to career pathways in the hospitality industry and beyond. Benefits provided include health insurance eligibility after 90 days of employment and meeting certain work hours, paid sick leave, and meal discounts while working. These offerings underscore the franchisee’s dedication to supporting employee well-being and satisfaction.

Joining this team means being part of a supportive workplace culture that encourages learning, fun, and professional growth, with the steady backing of one of the world's most recognized brands. If you are enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to contribute to an energetic team in a well-known fast-food setting, this Guest Experience Leader role is an excellent fit. Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts make a difference every day and build a foundation for a bright professional future.
