Job Duties
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- offer help with using the ordering kiosks
- offer assistance to those in need of extra hands
- check with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction or offer additional help
- ensure children receive a kid treat
- handle any customer concerns professionally
- communicate with the restaurant team providing feedback and recommendations
