Job Description

This job posting is for a restaurant position at an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's USA restaurants, this location is managed by a separate franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not influence employment decisions or receive employment applications for this position. If hired, you will work directly for the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment. The position titled "Guest Experience Leader" offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting where your role is to create feel-good moments by helping guests enjoy their experience. The franchisee encourages associates to find a schedule that works for them, pursue education, and build valuable job skills while being themselves. This job is suitable for people who enjoy being challenged, want to have fun at work, and seek a supportive team atmosphere.

As a Guest Experience Leader, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of guest interactions. Your duties will include greeting guests with energy and positivity, assisting customers with ordering via kiosks, and providing extra help to guests who need it. You'll ensure that customers, especially children, have a welcoming experience by providing small treats, addressing concerns promptly, and communicating effectively with both guests and the restaurant team. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-based environment.

The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits that help support you inside and outside the workplace. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k with matching contributions, paid time off, and unpaid leaves of absence. In addition, McDonald's Archways to Opportunity program is accessible to employees, providing education assistance such as high school completion programs, college tuition support, and ESL courses. Workers may also enjoy employee discount programs and free or discounted meals during shifts.

This entry-level position is ideal for those aged 16 or older who want a part-time job that complements their other ambitions such as school or other activities. The role cultivates valuable skills in customer service and teamwork that can serve as a foundation for future career growth within the franchise or beyond. The franchisee values people who are enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to engage with guests and team members alike.

Overall, this opportunity suits those who aspire to work in a lively food service environment with flexibility, ongoing training, and potential for growth. If you want to step into a role that fits your lifestyle and helps you build your future with meaningful experiences and benefits, applying as a Guest Experience Leader at this McDonald’s franchise could be your next great move.
