Job Description
The McDonald's restaurant position detailed here is offered by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the rights to use McDonald's logos and food products while operating the restaurant but is a completely separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline are exclusively the responsibility of the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not receive employment applications, nor are they involved in employment decisions. This allows the franchisee to manage the restaurant and its team according to its specific management style and operational needs.
This position is for the role of Guest Experience Leader at a McDonald's corporate owned and operated restaurant under the direction of the franchisee. The Guest Experience Leader plays an essential role in creating positive and memorable experiences for customers. This includes greeting guests warmly, assisting with ordering either directly or via kiosks, and providing extra support to customers who need it. The role focuses on engagement, ensuring that customers are comfortable, satisfied, and that any concerns are promptly addressed. The Guest Experience Leader also ensures that young guests are happily welcomed with kid treats and communicates relevant feedback and suggestions to the restaurant team to continually improve the service experience.
Ideal for individuals who seek flexibility, this role offers the opportunity to choose working hours that fit personal schedules, making it suitable for part-time workers, students, or those balancing other commitments. The restaurant prides itself on providing a supportive and energetic team environment where individuals can have fun, be challenged, and grow. Training and skill-building are key priorities, and the franchisee supports career development with programs such as college tuition assistance, high school completion courses, and English language classes.
At its core, this job is about people skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced setting. The franchisee values employees who embrace their individuality and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where every customer feels valued. Along with competitive pay, employees benefit from a comprehensive package including health benefits, paid time off, and retirement options. This opportunity provides a pathway for personal growth, professional development, and a chance to join a globally recognized brand under local franchise leadership.
