Guest Experience Lead (GEL)

The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products while managing their restaurants as individual business entities. The role available is that of a Guest Experience Leader, a pivotal position within the restaurant team. The job is designed to fit around your lifestyle and ambitions, offering flexible part-time hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for candidates looking to balance work with personal commitments such as continuing education or other pursuits. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service by creating feel-good moments for guests every day. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, guiding them through the ordering process including the use of self-service kiosks, and assisting guests who might need extra help.

Additionally, you will ensure customer satisfaction by checking in after food delivery, addressing any concerns promptly, and contributing to a positive dining experience, especially by ensuring children receive kid treats to enhance their visit. You will act as the communication bridge between guests and the restaurant team by providing feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery. This position requires someone with an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting. Importantly, prior experience is not mandatory as training is provided to equip you with the skills necessary to excel.
