This job opportunity is provided by an independently owned and operated McDonalds restaurant franchise, which operates under a license to use McDonalds logos and food products but is a separate entity from McDonalds USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling. As such, employment decisions and applications are handled solely by the franchisee, with no involvement from McDonalds USA. Job Duties
- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
- Checking with guests once they have their food to make sure theyre satisfied or to see if they need anything else
- Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- Handling any concerns
- Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
