Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age
- must have reliable transportation
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- have availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- assisting customers with utilizing the kiosks
- assisting customers in finding seating and providing high-quality service
- maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, including clearing and cleaning tables
- addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- monitoring the dining area for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to McDonald's standards
- upholding the company's policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene regulations
- collaborating with other team members to maintain a positive work environment
