Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to move throughout the restaurant
  • ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
  • ability to observe the work environment
  • exposure to high and low temperatures
  • ability to move up to 20lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • have availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • assisting customers with utilizing the kiosks
  • assisting customers in finding seating and providing high-quality service
  • maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, including clearing and cleaning tables
  • addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • monitoring the dining area for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to McDonald's standards
  • upholding the company's policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene regulations
  • collaborating with other team members to maintain a positive work environment
