The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates independently from McDonald's USA, managing all employment matters, including hiring and employee management. This distinction means that the franchisee is your direct employer rather than McDonald's USA. The franchisee runs a corporate-owned and operated McDonald's restaurant and is committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment for its employees. The role open for applications is the Guest Experience Leader position, an essential part of the restaurant's front-line team. The Guest Experience Leader is responsible for creating positive experiences for customers by greeting them warmly, assisting with ordering kiosks, ensuring customer satisfaction after they receive their orders, and addressing any concerns that arise. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Availability to work between 8 am and 8 pm
  • Ability to work an average of 15 hours per week to be eligible for new hire bonus
  • Dependable and punctual for shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
  • Offer help with using the ordering kiosks

  • Check with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction or offer additional assistance
  • Ensure kids receive a kid treat
  • Handle any customer concerns promptly
  • Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
